Ok so with our FL being inactive and most of our m33s went nangin/quit/or re rolling. we need to try insanely hard this and all hsb for a long time. we need people to grind there asses off even if we get the inevitable -10% dmg.
We need to stop fighting between ourselves over the fujin allie break and the "idea" of nangin allie, its past. We for the time being r unofficially allied with the nans, and i don't think we will get a official one any time soon with Long being inactive.
As for the high chance of -10% i would very much love to see no guans complain about this on forums and ask for gms help and such, WE will get out of this OURSELVES. I have no intention of leaving guans and plan to run for FL next election, i WILL NOT leave during my FL term and thats a promise. So plz guys try our best and don't give up, this next month will be hard.

IF by some insane chance i win next FL here are somethings i plan to do OR what i would like seen done by future and if long decides to come back present FL:
1: Hold weekly descussions where any lvl can come and talk about questions they have about the faction and what we should do AS a faction
2: Use the money for the faction:
Catapults, 3 lvl grouped event classes 1-99 100-112 m1-m33, event type and prizes vary on lvl type, I WILL NOT use the money to lvl a select few and i WILL NOT use it for personal gain, this money is called FACTIONS money not FACTION LEADERS money or VFL money to be spent on bribes.
3: Keep stun form party's switched out so everyone will take turn to make it so u can get cp and help with stunning
All i can think right off hand i got more ill add later or when i put out my FL speech, all i hope is future guan FL use these ideas to help better the faction
Faction Leader is not something to be messing around with if u really r serous the run if NOT don't u take away votes which could make the difference between a bad FL and a good one.

Ok guys another thing i forgot to add is i really wanna do this w/o gms help NO HANDOUTS FTW!
Also i hear alot of talk about long, enough alrdy i no u wanna blame some1 but ur not helpin ur self dwelling on long if u wanna blame/ flame some1 im available by walk-in or appointment.
